From inquiry to quote,
in one flow
- 01 Step
Paste the inquiry
From email or WhatsApp, in any language. Ports, containers, Incoterms and the cargo date are filled in for you.
- 02 Step
Ask the right agents
The agents and lines who serve the port come up first, ranked by how fast and how sharp they answer. Each one gets a personal email in their own language.
- 03 Step
Every reply read twice
Two readings of each email must agree and every number must be in it. Anything doubtful waits for one click from you.
- 04 Step
Quote in one click
Your margin, your logo, your signature. The customer accepts online and you see when they open it.
It reads agents like
your best pricing person
The mistakes that cost a forwarder money hide in one line of an agent's email. These are the ones it catches.
Running your own
box space?
NVOCCs get the NVOCC desk next to everything a forwarder has. Buy from the lines, sell to forwarders, and keep every box earning.
Rate sheets for forwarders
Your weekly prices, line rate plus margin, sent to every forwarder with their own booking link.
Slots
What you bought on each sailing, what you sold, what is left and what every box earns.
Your containers
Where every box is, how long it has been out, and the detention to bill before it is forgotten.
LCL planner
How full each consolidation box is by space and weight, and what to do before the cut-off.
Your customers
stay yours
Customer names never reach agents
Not in the rate request, not in the online form, not in reminders.
Your own sign-in link
Your team works at yourcompany.portuspk.com, with your logo on the page.
Each company walled off
Every company sees only its own agents, rates and quotes, and each person only what their role allows.
The things
everybody asks us
Do my agents need an account?
No. They reply to a normal email, or use a one-tap rate form. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Does it work with my email?
Yes. Any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP: Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Hostinger and the rest. Emails go from your own address.
Which languages does it read?
Any language your agents write in. Each email is read twice, and you see the English next to the agent’s own words.
What about shipping lines and NVOCCs?
Ask MSC, Maersk or an NVOCC right next to your agents, and compare their prices in the same table. NVOCCs also get their own desk.
See it on your own lanes
Send us one real inquiry. We run it with your agents in front of you.
